Immediate Dentures

Immediate dentures are ideal for people who need teeth removed but don’t want to go without a smile during healing. Impressions are taken before extractions, so your new denture is ready to be placed right away. As your mouth heals, adjustments or temporary liners may be needed to maintain comfort and fit, with a final reline or new denture made once healing is complete.

Dentures are no different than other dental/medical devices or prostheses; they require regular maintenance and will eventually need to be replaced.

Immediate dentures may be temporary, worn only for about 8 to 10 months until healing has occurred, then replaced with final dentures, or immediate dentures may be used as the final dentures but will require relining or rebasing once healing has occurred.

We’ll take the stress out of your Denture journey by ensuring that you are scheduled in for annual maintenance check-up appointments!
